1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Regional Task Queue. They do not replace the terms that govern your Attio account or workspace. By using the app, you agree to use it only in a workspace where you are authorized to act.
2. What the app does
Regional Task Queue loads up to the first 1,999 incomplete Attio tasks assigned to the current member and groups the loaded queue by region and task type. Dated tasks appear in deadline order and undated tasks appear last. The final result of the fourth API page detects whether more tasks exist. When the result is truncated, the dialog states exactly how many were loaded.
A member chooses a region, a type and a task. After the member clicks Mark complete, the app verifies that the selected task is still incomplete and assigned to that member. It then marks only that task complete and refreshes the queue. It performs no scheduled processing and makes no background writes.
3. Access and permissions
An Attio admin controls installation and permission approval. The app uses four permissions for its stated purpose:
- User Management read identifies the active workspace member.
- Records read retrieves names and primary locations from linked people and companies.
- Object Configuration read resolves linked object identifiers.
- Tasks read and write lists incomplete assigned tasks, verifies the selected task and marks that task complete.
The app does not create, delete or edit people or company records.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for choosing the intended task and reviewing its details before marking it complete. You are also responsible for the accuracy of task titles, linked records and primary locations in your workspace because those values determine the visible groups.
Do not use the app to access a workspace, record or task that you are not authorized to use. Do not send credentials or API keys to support.
5. Attio infrastructure
Regional Task Queue runs on Attio hosted App SDK infrastructure and calls only the public Attio REST API for application data. It requires no external account, API key, service connection or workspace setting.
Buildrhaus operates no separate data processing backend for this app. Changes to Attio infrastructure or its public API can affect how the app works.
6. Support and changes
Support is available at support@buildrhaus.com. These terms do not create a response time or uptime commitment.
Buildrhaus may update the app or these terms to reflect changes in the product, Attio or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version of this page.
7. Responsibility
You remain responsible for task management decisions made in your workspace. To the extent allowed by law, Buildrhaus is not responsible for a completion chosen by an unauthorized user or for a queue group produced from inaccurate workspace data. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility where the law does not allow that limit.
8. Privacy and contact
The Regional Task Queue Privacy Notice explains the Attio data processed by the app. For any question about these terms, email support@buildrhaus.com.
