What does lead-to-care actually mean?
The whole revenue cycle: lead generation, marketing, CRM, quote/CPQ, invoicing, collections, customer service, reporting. We don't stop at the CRM or the top of funnel, we hold the entire chain, from lead to customer care.
Are you business or just technical?
Both. We challenge your revenue model (quoting, margin, sales cycle, collections), not just your fields and workflows. The tech serves revenue, not the other way around.
How does quoting work?
The Ceiling Scan sets the scope, then we quote the step on it: a firm amount, no daily meter.
How long does a CRM Core Build take?
3 to 5 weeks, build-and-handover, depending on the scope set by the Ceiling Scan. A full Revenue Engine runs 6 to 10 weeks. You see the system running during the build, not only at the end.
Who actually works on the project?
The founder leads every engagement and keeps hands on the core. Around him, senior practitioners assembled per project, never juniors in the back.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, full-remote, based in France. Short regular check-ins, a shared channel, and the system moving forward continuously in your tools: you track progress on the work itself, not on slides.

Data & security
How does access to our data work?
We work inside your tools, on access you grant and can revoke at any time, limited to the project scope. Your data stays in your systems: nothing leaves them without your explicit agreement.
What do I own at the end?
Everything: your systems, workflows and data, documented. Zero lock-in, with an option to take back control anytime.
After the handover
What happens after the handover?
You're autonomous: complete documentation, operations runbook, handover training. If you want continuity, Keep It Running operates, hardens and evolves the engine.
Why you rather than a large consultancy?
