Qwilr, wired into your revenue engine

Qwilr replaces the PDF proposal with an interactive web page: a quote the buyer can explore, configure and accept in the browser. Useful on its own. Decisive when it is fed by your CRM and feeds it back. That second part is what Buildrhaus builds.

Where it sits

Qwilr is one of our two picks for the Quote & CPQ stage of the lead-to-care cycle, next to PandaDoc. It fits teams whose proposals deserve to be a buying experience: pricing blocks the prospect can adjust, options to toggle, an accept button at the end. The catch is that CPQ logic only pays off when the inputs come from the deal record and the outcome returns to it. A beautiful page built from copy-pasted data is still a manual process wearing a nice shirt.

What Buildrhaus builds with Qwilr

  • Proposal pages generated from Attio dealsClient name, scope, line items and pricing pulled from the deal record into a Qwilr template, so every page starts correct.
  • Accept-to-invoice handoffThe buyer accepts, the deal changes stage, and invoicing fires in Stripe or Pennylane. Nobody has to notice the acceptance for it to count.
  • Engagement signals on the dealPage views and buyer activity flow back to the CRM timeline. Follow-ups are timed on behavior, not on guesswork.
  • Pricing logic kept in one placePackages, options and discount rules maintained as a single source of truth across templates, so two reps never quote two different catalogs.

How we wire it

Qwilr offers an API for creating pages from templates and webhooks for what happens on them. The pattern we deploy: a deal-stage change in Attio triggers an n8n workflow that builds the page, injects CRM data into the pricing blocks and shares the link; accept and view events come back through webhooks, and n8n updates the deal and starts the invoicing step. The CRM stays the trigger and the destination.

This connection ships inside Revenue Engine Build, which covers quote/CPQ, invoicing and collections on Stripe as one engine. If Qwilr is your single missing link, a one-week Signal Sprint wires it in production.
