PandaDoc, wired into your revenue engine

PandaDoc handles proposals, quotes and e-signatures. On its own, it is a document tool. Wired into your CRM, it becomes the exact point where a deal turns into a commitment. Buildrhaus does the wiring.

Where it sits

PandaDoc is our pick for the Quote & CPQ stage of the lead-to-care cycle, alongside Qwilr. After acquisition and nurture, every deal reaches the moment where someone has to send a number. Most teams rebuild that document by hand: pricing copied from a sheet, terms pasted from the last deal, contact details retyped. We generate it instead. The proposal starts from the Attio deal record, and the signed version is the same data that left the CRM, so nothing drifts between sales and billing.

What Buildrhaus builds with PandaDoc

  • Quote generation from CRM dealsA PandaDoc document created straight from the Attio deal: line items, pricing, terms and signers prefilled from the record. No retyping, no stale price lists.
  • Signature-to-invoice handoffA completed signature moves the deal stage and triggers invoicing in Stripe or Pennylane, with no human relay between the yes and the invoice.
  • Document telemetry on the dealSent, viewed and completed events land on the Attio timeline. Pipeline reviews read from what buyers actually did, not from memory.
  • Template and catalog hygieneOne pricing source of truth, approval rules and naming conventions that hold up as the team grows.

How we wire it

PandaDoc exposes a REST API and webhooks, which is all an integration needs. The typical pattern: a deal-stage change in Attio calls an n8n workflow that creates the document from a template, maps CRM fields into tokens and pricing tables, then sends it for signature. PandaDoc webhooks report every state change back, and n8n writes the status to the deal and fires the next step, invoicing at signature.

This is shipped inside Revenue Engine Build, the offer that covers quote/CPQ, invoicing and collections on Stripe end to end. When the blocker is just this one connection, a one-week Signal Sprint puts it in production.
