Salesforce, connected to the engine

We do not sell Salesforce, and we do not run eighteen-month programs. We make an existing Salesforce talk to the rest of your revenue engine, and we move teams off it when velocity matters more than ceremony.

01 · What we actually do

Salesforce as one node in the engine, not the whole engine

  • Integration layer. REST API, webhooks and n8n flows between Salesforce and enrichment, outbound, billing and reporting, so every tool reads the same truth.
  • Hygiene at the boundary. Deduplication and identity resolution before anything syncs: one human, one company, one record on each side.
  • Targeted automation. The handful of flows that remove real manual work, shipped to production and documented, instead of a backlog of someday projects.
  • Reporting across the boundary. Pipeline, billing and outbound numbers reconciled in one view, so the Monday meeting stops debating whose export is right.
02 · What we are not

The honest scope

We are not the partner for a 200-seat org redesign, a CPQ mega-project or a multi-year managed program. If that is your need, a dedicated Salesforce integrator will serve you better, and we will say so in the diagnostic rather than in week three. Our ground is the revenue engine around Salesforce: the data flowing in and out, and whether your team can actually move inside it.

03 · The exit path

Migration to Attio, for teams that want velocity

When the admin overhead outweighs the value, we migrate Salesforce to Attio: object and field mapping, deduplication by identity, dry run on a copy, verified cutover, pipeline history preserved, documentation and handover. The team keeps selling through the switch, and you own everything at the end. The Ceiling Scan settles the stay-or-move question with numbers, not preferences.
